Tips for the dog owner
The whole family is welcome — even the dog! Keep it under supervision, use dog parks if you tie it up, and remember to take doggie bags at the entrance. Dogs are not allowed inside buildings or rides, but there is plenty to experience outside, and they are welcome in outdoor dining areas like at Burger Factory and The Crafty Kitchen — but not indoors.
There are 12 areas with water bowls for dogs, marked on the map with this symbol. Find them here
Guide and service dogs are of course VIP guests!
They are welcome to come in if they are on a leash and wearing an ID vest or white harness with a blue tag. In restaurants, however, they are only allowed in the serving area. Remember to bring a photo ID.
Culture Pass
"Use your cultural passport exactly as you would a debit card"is the official platform for the Danish Cultural Passport initiative, which aims to engage young people between the ages of 15 and 24 who are neither in education nor employment. Through a digital payment card, these young people will have access to DKK 1,000 annually in 2025 and 2026, which can be used for a wide range of cultural, association and sports activities across the country.
The digital card can be used from July 1, 2025 until the end of 2026. Your balance will be automatically renewed on January 1, 2026.

THE SUNFLOWER LANYARD 🌻
The Sunflower Lanyard at Universe is a discreet aid for guests with invisible disabilities. By wearing the lanyard, you signal to staff that you may need extra time, patience, or support during your visit. This helps us create a more inclusive and safe experience for all guests in the park.
Here's what you need to know about the Sunflower Lanyard with us:
- It is voluntary. You decide for yourself whether you want to wear it.
- It does not provide any VIP benefits.
- You can get it without any questions in the Information.
- It simply says to others: “I could use a little extra consideration today.”
