Whistleblower scheme
Universe has a whistleblower system where you can anonymously report justified suspicions of irregularities or illegal activities concerning Universe’s employees, management or other stakeholders. The whistleblower system can be used by employees, suppliers, business partners and guests.
It should be noted in particular that the whistleblower scheme cannot be used for ordinary guest enquiries or complaints in direct connection with guests’ experiences, purchase and receipt of services, goods, etc. This applies, for example, to complaints about the park, service complaints or other subjective guest experiences.
