Forgotten things and cases

Send us an e-mail to info@universe.dk if you forgot something under your visit at Universe. We continuously drop off forgotten articles at the local police station in Sønderborg.

Our administration is open every weekday outside of school holidays between 9 am and 12 pm.

We have telephone support throughout the park's opening hours, but please note that our staff are not always experts in all areas. We will always do our best to help you and answer your questions.

We welcome all comments, good suggestions and corrections to our website.
