Lost Items

Send us an email at: info@universe.dk if you forgot something during your visit to Universe. We regularly hand over lost items to the police station in Sønderborg.

Our administration is open on weekdays outside school holidays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

We provide phone support during the park’s entire opening hours, but please note that our staff may not always be experts in all areas. We will always do our best to help.
