It all started in Mads Clausen’s great-grandfather’s workshop.
A place where quirky ideas became great inventions – and where a bit of cleverness and lots of curiosity could turn the impossible into reality. Yep, that’s where it all began.

 

The Crafty Kitchen!
Our restaurant is inspired by that very workshop. Don’t worry – it doesn’t smell like machine oil here, but like freshly baked pizza and tasty pasta sauce. It’s our own food workshop, where you (without any tools) can see how authentic Italian flavors are crafted from scratch – with an open kitchen and full view of our skilled “food mechanics.”

 

Something for every appetite
Big, small, a little hungry, or very hungry – our menu comes in different sizes so you get exactly the portion you need. And yes, we know it’s hard to choose. Take it as an excuse to come back again.

 

A place to feel at home
We’ve created a relaxed, cozy atmosphere with long tables and soft vibes – perfect for chatting, laughing.

 

And the food? It’s spot on.
We only use ingredients we’d happily take home to Nonna: fresh vegetables, juicy tomatoes, and the best olive oil – that’s our (not-so-secret) secret, and most of it is organic. We hold the organic bronze certification.

 

This means that at least 30–60% of our ingredients are organic.
