Parking at Universe

It costs DKK 50 a day to use our parking lot. It is important that you read this, as we scan your license plate at the entrance and exit.

Can my children stay in the park alone?

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult/guardian.

Can I get my money refunded for a ticket I have already bought and paid for?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Tickets are not covered by the normal 14-day right of cancellation. This follows from the Consumer Contracts Act §18, subsection 2, point 12.

Can I lend my season ticket to friends or family?

No, a season ticket is strictly personal and may only be used by the owner himself.
