Parking at Universe
It costs DKK 50 a day to use our parking lot. It is important that you read this, as we scan your license plate at the entrance and exit.
If you come to Universe by car, we have two parking lots you can use. Lot P1 is close to Universe’s entrance, and includes disabled parking, and Lot P2 is just past the entrance within walking distance to the Park. It is easy to go back to your car during the day, if you need to leave jackets, food, etc. in the car for later in the day at Universe. Remember to get a stamp at the exit to get back in. Your entry wristband only works once at the entrance.

There are 8 clever charging points for electric vehicles in P1 and another 16 in P2.
Parking costs DKK 50 a day
Parking is FREE if you have a Universe season pass for the 2023 season, but you MUST register your license plate the first time you visit us after June 23, 2023.
The first 30 minutes are free. You can drop off more guests and pick them up again FREE as long as there are no more than 30 minutes between entry and exit.
If you fail to pay for your stay in the parking lot, you will be charged a penalty fee of DKK 250.00 plus the parking time.

How to pay for parking before leaving the parking lot
At the entrance to Universe’s parking lot, your license plate will be scanned and you will be automatically “checked in”. After parking your car, scan the QR code (found on signs in the parking lot) or click at the button below. Enter your license plate number and pay for your parking. You can only do this once you have entered the parking lot, i.e., once your license plate has been scanned at the entrance, but you can pay on arrival so you don't forget. If you don't have a cell phone, you can also pay at the ticket booth. Remember your license plate number

Post-paymentRegister your season pass for free parking
Parking is FREE if you have a Universe season pass for the 2024 season, but you MUST register your license plate the first time you visit us in season 2024.
To register your season pass, you must either scan the QR code found on notices in the parking lot or click on this link here to register your season pass and license plate. You can also do it from home. You can find your season pass number on your pass, in the app or by logging into your account via the website.
It is important that you register before leaving the parking lot, otherwise you will be charged a fee plus the parking.
After that, it is free to park on any other days you want to visit us in the 2024 season.
If you have not registered your season pass before leaving after your first visit, our partner agency will charge a fee of DKK 250 (+ DKK 50) for nonpayment.
